I was the Technical Project Manager for my final project at Lambda School. I worked for a real-life startup, Story Squad, with a cross-functional team of Data Scientists and Web Developers. We were assigned a greenfield feature: a word cloud app that parses out the most complex words used in a story written by a child.
It was challenging to work with a new team and stakeholders, under a tight deadline. But I grew and learned from this project. Check out my blog post to read how it went.
